Its family convenient it has a good decoration and themes suitable for all ages

Transportation within the property… since area is big between 2 hotels and 2 or 3 aqua parks … gulf cars are recommended to be available

Wonderful

We loved the amount of things there was to do at the hotel. We enjoyed the food and the rooms were modern and up to date. The entertainment was excellent. Ahmed at reception was very helpful, he even landed us his personal 3 pin socket.

The bus to ferry us to other parts of the hotel, was not readily available. We stayed at Alf Leila. Golf carts should be provided to ferry guests from one hotel to another. The bus was hardly available. Water in the rooms was not extremely hot like we like it, but this may be because we stayed there when it was cold weather.

Exceptional for families but forget about the sea

The Aqua Park, Games, the food and the staff

The beach, the only good area, was on the half of Dana Beach that a security guard rudely prevented us from accessing. Plus, many jellyfish were swimming in the sea.

I had the pleasure of staying at Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park Resort - Neverland Hurghada, and I can honestly say it was one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The reception team in particular deserves special praise – every single person I interacted with was kind, patient, and truly eager to help. Whether it was check-in, general questions, or small requests, they always responded with a smile and made me feel truly valued as a guest. The resort itself is fantastic – the rooms are spacious and clean, the food is varied and delicious, and the aqua park is just amazing for both kids and adults. There is always something to do, and the entire property is very well maintained. But above all, what stood out the most was the attitude of the people. Every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to the restaurants, was friendly and professional. You can really feel that they care about their guests. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and heartwarming holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable – I will definitely return!

I highly recommend this hotel for lovely vacation

Great hospitality,and management. The hotel was very clean including the rooms , toilets everywhere, swimming pools and the restaurants. The restaurants were le marche, the Mediterranean, Chinese and Italian clean plenty of food and delicious,the waiters were serving with full activity saying all the time its a pleasure to serve you Thanks for the all the staff at Alf Lelia Wa Lelia.

The perfect resort for kids and families

We stayed 5 nights in the resort and we enjoyed every single moment of it. We tried to enjoy all the facilities, restaurants and pools. The room was comfortable, with 1 Queen Size bed, and 1 single bed; however our booking was for 4, therefore a bed was missing. We mentioned this to the staff which in a couple of hours brought an additional bed into the room fixing the initial misunderstanding. The bathroom was spacious, with a bid shower and double wash bowls. Our room had direct access to one small heated pool, very nice. The resort provides free beach towels that need to be returned after usage ( you get 1 magnetic card per person to be used as a deposit for the beach towel, upon return you get the card back; at checkout you will be debited the card if not returned). The room was cleaned Daily, we left small tips to the room service and every day we were delighted with a new towel sculpture, we found this very attentive towards us. The food was various, and despite all restaurants offering very similar types of food there was some sort of variety. There was one type of beer available, and a few types of local wines, but very low quality. All attractions were included, and guests are free to use whatever facility available, included th Virtual Reality Games section. We also attended the Neverland Show, that needs to be booked at least 3 days in advance, and where guests are also served a typical egyptean dinner. We used the free bikes, the Luna Park, attended to several shows. Overall we enjoyed very much the time spent in the resort, and we really recommend it, since Egypt outside of the resorts can be a little too overwhelming for foreigners not used to the Arabic countries.

Not all slides were available at every time of the day, but subject to very specific time schedule, some were even never open. The acqua park closes at 17.00. Poor variety of shows and activities or entertainment during the day, it could be improved.

Very good place to spend a long vacation with family

The service, facilities and cleanliness were excellent, all the staff were friendly, the housekeeper was more than wonderful.

I suggest that some swimming pools be designated for swimming after 5 pm because of the heat of the midday sun
